This home is the type of listing that gets Realtors or people familiar with the island real estate market excited. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with and updated kitchen and a beautiful pool. It has a screened in lanai overlooking the pool and is the perfect vacation rental property. It is a few blocks from the beach and restaurants and shops. The MLS indicates that it is booked from December – April of 2018 meaning that a buyer has instant cash flow. It comes furnished and with new appliances. It has great curb appeal, a gorgeous pool and hot tub, and is in the R2 zone, meaning you can rent it weekly. The mls indicates that it already has bookings so it’s another property that will yield instant cash flow. It does sit to the east of the center line of the island, and it’s about 5 blocks from the beach. It’s certainly still walkable, but compared with property number two there’s an additional walk to get to the beach. It’s a great property, but if you’re looking for a vacation rental that is something renters pay attention to in the summer months in particular.
- 2BR 1 Bath Bradenton Beach Condo – $245K
This Bradenton Beach condo has brand new, gorgeous floors throughout, a bright white kitchen, and a walk in shower/tub. It sits right near the bay near the community pool that sits on the bay. There is assigned parking right outside the condo door, it’s zoned R2 so weekly rentals are possible, and it’s only minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops. It’s a great way onto the island for under $300K.

This condo is in the Tiffany Place beachfront condominiums and is totally redone. It has beautiful floors, high-end kitchen, and brand new bathrooms. It has partial gulf views, a balcony, and the grounds are immaculate. There is also a community pool. It is rentable but is zoned A-1, meaning there are some rental restrictions.
